However, what Tiel brings to the table in terms of skills is very useful and unique. But that sacrifice is worth making for everything else Eredrim offers.īased on Tiel, the Acolyte's, stats alone, it seems like an incredibly mediocre Shell. You may not be able to land as many heavy attacks in rapid succession as you'd like or be able to finish off some of the larger enemies without having to back off for a bit. The drawbacks to the resolve and stamina are worth it, with stamina being the most significant detriment of the two. It lets you jump into battle confidently, allowing you to emerge the victor. Eredrim doesn't just look cool or only have lots of health. This Shell also allows you to deal more damage when enemies are alone, which is surprisingly quite often and offers a plethora of defensive perks in addition to the pretty decent damage-focused skills. These stacks increase the base attack damage until you lose your Shell in combat (or switch it for another). However, you can also force an ejection yourself with the Tainted Nektar item. You can then reclaim your shell, but dying a second time will cause you to respawn. When you run out of health, you will be ejected from your shell. Running in can easily lead to death, so take things slowly and pay attention to your surroundings.
